Safety Program Prerequisites
1. We conduct annual comprehensive safety and health program audits, overseen by our Safety Coordinator with over 20 years of experience, to identify hazards and assess risks.
2. Our procedure ensures employees can report hazardous conditions without fear of reprisal, guaranteeing timely and appropriate responses.
3. We maintain continuous monitoring and upkeep of all equipment to prevent any potential hazards.
4. We promptly investigate all accidents, near-misses, and health incidents to identify their causes and take corrective action.
Safety Rules and Regulations
1. We maintain our expertise in the critical environmental industry through continuous OSHA training, membership in IEST and AFCOM, comprehensive internal systems, and rigorous employee training, ensuring all managers are OSHA 30 and CPR certified.
2. All new hires undergo extensive safety training covering Arc Flash, Extension Cord and GFCI use, Ladder safety, PPE, Fall Protection, and Lift, with OSHA 10 Hours mandatory after the trial period.
3. Our established emergency response procedures include accessible personal protective equipment, first aid, medical care, and evacuation plans, complemented by regular training and drills for all workers.
4. We adhere to strict safety protocols, including disciplinary actions and reorientation, to ensure universal compliance and recognition of our safety standards.
